BEST AND WORST TIME TO EAT

Humans take in food in order to survive. The food so taken needs to be properly digested for it to be assimilated into the body system. However, the time a food is taken can either help its assimilation or lead to one or more problems for the body system. There are foods that can best be taken in the morning while there are others which when taken in the morning poses a problem to the body. Let us take a look at a few of them.

A. Milk -
The best time to drink milk is in the night. This is because warm milk soothes the body and helps in getting a good night's sleep. On the other hand, milk is not good to be taken in the morning, unless followed by lots of physical activity, it can be heavy to digest and will to a mess in your meal timings.

B. Rice - 
The best time to eat rice is during lunch. This is due to the fact that metabolism is higher during the day giving you ample chance to use up the carbohydrates.  Rice is not good to be taken at night because it will just increase your body fat. A whole of people experience swollen faces in the morning when they wake up from sleep after taking rice in the night.

C. Curd -
Curd is best taken during the day because it assists in digestion and soothes the digestive system. The worst time to take curd is at night, especially if one is cold and has cough because it will lead to mucus formation. 

D. Apple -
Apples are best taken in the morning. Apple peel has the fiber -  pectin which helps in bowel movement and prevents constipation. It also eliminates carcinogens. 
The worst time to take apples is in the evening or night. At this time, apple's organic acids will increase the acid levels in the stomach leading to discomfort. Also, pectin present in apples will burden the digestive system at night.
