There are lots of natural remedies that one can apply on the skin for a healthier look. Be reminded that a healthy skin implies a healthy mind! These remedies include oils, tea, herbs, honey, baking soda, etc. They have a tremendous effect on the skin when applied.

1. Oils:-
Oil is one of the natural remedies for healthy skin. It can work magic on your skin and hair. It will provide you softer and glorious skin. It will make your skin look supple and moisturized for long hours. Oil will lighten fine line and wrinkles while maintaining the collagen in your skin. You have a choice between coconut and olive oil. Apply the oil on your face, body, and hair. You will be amazed to see silky soft hair and face. This is perfect for those with ultra dry skin.

2. Bath Salts:- 
Use bath salts as natural remedies for healthy skin. It will soften and moisturize your face. It will relax your mind and body while destroying stress from its roots. When you use salt in the shower, you relax your sore muscles. It will eventually lessen wrinkles and fine lines from your face.

3. Milk:-
Milk is rich in protein, fats, and vitamins. It is usually used to make skin softer, smoother and supple. It will hydrate your skin while keeping it moisturized for hours. It contains lactic which can make your skin softer. Apply raw milk directly on your face. Leave it for at least 10 minutes before rinsing it off.

4. Honey:-

Herbs are known for reducing stress and soothing the skin. Dried herbs like lavender, mint, chamomile and rosemary are the best natural remedies for healthy skin. You can tie any of these dried herbs in a towel. You should use it under the shower on your face. If you didn’t like this idea, you can also boil them in water and include them in your bath tub. It is also good for the people who have sleeping issues as it relaxes your mind.

6. Essential Oils:-
People who suffer from skin and hair related issues should use these oils. These oils are also good for you to have achy muscles and stress. Take soothing aromatic baths with these oils. It will be awesome for your body and mind.

7. Tea:-
You should put 2 to 4 tea bags in your bath tub 10 minutes before entering the bathroom. You can alternatively prepare a glass of green tea, peppermint or chamomile tea. Apply it for 15 to 20 minutes. It is popularly known to provide healthy, shinier and beautiful hair and detoxifying face. It will definitely increase your hair growth.


8. Oatmeal:-
You can always trust oatmeal for any skin related issues. It is popularly known to heal chickenpox marks, itchy skin problems, allergic reactions and dry skin issues. Take oatmeal in a cup and mix it thoroughly in your bath tub. You can apply it for 8 to 10 minutes to get best results.

9. Lemon:-
Take 3 or 4 fresh sliced lemons. You can squeeze it in a cup if you want. Apply it directly on your pores and scars. You will be amazed to see your glowing skin with other results. It is known to lighten scars and shrinking pores with its healing properties. But, beware of how you use these natural remedies for healthy skin as lemon is known to have bleaching properties.

10. Baking Soda:-Baking soda is known to heal the irritated skin. You can use it for about 8 to 10 minutes to get the best results. It is one of the safest and natural remedies for your skin related issues. You can also apply it on your body as it will relieve body pain while removing dead cells from your face, hands, and legs. It will detoxify your body without any irritation.

11. Apple Cider:-
Put apple cider vinegar in a cup or a glass. You apply it directly or mix it in your bath tub. You should add it in your bath tub as it will help remove all the tan from your body which you got from the sun rays. Leave it for 8 to 10 minutes to see the best results. It will take out all the toxins from your body. You will get a moisturized and toned skin for long hours.
